For Listed Firms

Claim your listing

Every profile in this directory was built from public City filings, without the firm’s involvement. That means some of it is out of date and some of it is thin. Claim your listing and tell us what to fix — it costs nothing.

What claiming gets you

A “Verified” mark on your listing, the right to correct any descriptive detail, and control over how your practice is described. Free, permanently.

What we can’t change

Fees, lobbyist rosters and client lists come from the Ethics Commission’s public filings. We correct those only where the official record itself is wrong.

Please use an address at the firm’s own domain — that is how we verify a claim.
Fee, lobbyist and client figures come from the City Ethics Commission’s public filings and are only changed if the official record is wrong.

We reply to every claim, usually within two business days. Verified claims get a “Verified” mark on the listing at no cost. Submitting this form does not create any business or legal relationship.

Before You Ask

Claiming, answered

Is claiming really free?
Yes. Claiming your listing, verifying the details and submitting corrections costs nothing and always will. Paid enhancements — a logo, photos, a longer description and an outbound link to your own site — are optional and separate.
Why is my firm listed at all?
Because registering to lobby the City of Los Angeles is a public act. Firm names, registered lobbyists, clients and the fees clients report paying are all published by the City Ethics Commission. This directory organises that public record; it does not add private information.
Why isn’t my firm’s website shown?
Listings in this catalog do not carry firm web addresses or outbound links. A direct link to your own site is part of an enhanced listing. Tell us on the form if you’d like details.
Can I have my listing removed?
Tell us on the form and we will discuss it. We generally keep entries that reflect current public filings, since the directory’s value is completeness — but we will always correct anything inaccurate, and we remove entries for firms that are no longer registered.
The fee figures look wrong to me.
Our totals are the sum of what your clients reported paying you for City of Los Angeles lobbying in their quarterly filings — not your firm’s revenue, and not your County, Metro, LAUSD or state work. If the underlying filings are wrong, they need to be amended with the Ethics Commission; send us the amended figures and we will update.
